"I recently purchased a home and Vincent was extremely helpful assisting me in finding a HOI plan that met my needs and was far less than other agencies quoted me. He also was able to give me an auto insurance plan that was half of the price I was paying with GEICO, excellent customer service from start to finish. On the day I closed, he stopped by our home and brought us lunch which was a very welcoming gesture. All in all, I felt taken care of and have confidence in this office to continue to meet my needs."

"I have had nothing but positive experience with this office. Most recently, someone hit and ran on my vehicle. It turned into a bigger ordeal than I expected because my car became a total loss. I expected a nightmare. It turned into a smoother process than I could have imagined. This office, along with the person from corporate who handled my claim, made me feel comfortable and kept me informed throughout the entire process. They earned a customer for life with the services I received. I mostly dealt with Beth in this office, and you may not believe me, but I actually look forward to talking to her now. When dealing with insurance, the circumstances aren't usually the best, but I had a wonderful experience. Thanks again!"

"The service seems to be decent sometimes but other times not so much. I switched from another state farm agent who totally made a mess of my billing and account. It did take some time and multiple calls back and forth but this state farm office did eventually get my billing fixed. I appreciate that. My most recent interaction wasn't great. My vehicle was hit by a rock from a lawn mower and it damaged a passenger side window. I was already having a tough day with a lot going on so this wasn't ideal. I pulled into a parking lot and called my agents office. I got one of the Rick's assistants on the phone, I've never spoken to Rick. Well the gentleman assured me that the incident would be covered and fixed at no cost to me. That he would file the claim and an glass repair company would notify me. When the glass company called they talked about how they could fix the window and how much it would cost to me. When I told them my agent said I would not be responsible for the cost they informed me that was not the case. I called back Rick's office and talked to a woman that answered the phone. The previous person I talked to said he was in the process of filing a claim and there was nothing else for me to do. This woman that answered the phone had no knowledge or record of that. She said I'd have to file a claim which confused me because I already thought that had been done. I explained that the previous gentleman said he was filing the claim and it would be at no cost to me. She assured me that she would figure out what was going on and SHE would call me back. Well I got a call back not from state farm but from the glass company. The glass company said there was a misunderstanding and this damage was not covered. So this state farm office really failed me today. I spent a lot of time on the phone and was mislead. Now I'm stuck with a damaged vehicle and am left to deal with it on my own. I pay a lot of money to state farm and they really didn't earn their money today. Very frustrating! It would have been different if they would have been honest and knowledgeable and told me right away it wasn't covered. Instead they twice told me it was covered then had the glass company call back and say it wasn't."

"We thought getting a local agent would be better but it was just as bad. Insurance is all the same."

However, we can control the care and service we provide to our customers and I'm sorry we disappointed you in this regard. "I've been with this office for around five years now, and every time I call, it's painless and simple! Transferring policies, creating new ones, and canceling old ones is always easy. "if i could give state farm a 0 star i would. The reason for this post is simply because i’m trying to speak to a manager in the claims dept and the only communication i’ve received in over month (after my vehicle was unexpectedly totaled by shrapnel) showed the home office address for state farm as to be here, so here i am. i had not heard anything in regards to my claim, so i called, simply too follow up trying to get information about my claim, my claims person hung up on me… since then she has refused to answer any calls from me, has my number routed directly to her so she can abuse customers under the radar and get away with this mistreatment. I need help, i don’t want drama i just want to know what is going on…and state farm needs to know i feel uncomfortable with the fact i can’t even speak to management about our situation is sickening… our rental coverage is ending so and i am disabled and have to go to my doctors appts, we also have 3 kids…i do not understand how we can pay money to be “protected” then be treated like this while your losing a vehicle you paid cash for…."

"Rick and his team especially Beth, THE BEST EVER! Our family experienced a house fire and 2(two) total loss vehicle claims. Beth came out to our home while on fire, stayed with me and drove me on her own time to get 2 rental vehicles, and secured temporary housing. I cannot express how much my family is grateful to our SF agent Rick McLean and his team. Thank you SF and Rick McLean! We always refer the Rick McLean Team to anyone and everyone."

"I meant to do this review awhile back. Anyway, at the beginning of April I bought a new car and Rick’s office made it easy and pleasant to transfer my current car insurance over to my new one. His staff was easy to talk to and very helpful and knowledgeable. I have always had that experience with this office whenever I interact with them. I work in insurance myself and I can see they know their stuff!"
